Join Melissa for a powerful weekly practice combining chakra-specific yoga postures, breathwork, mudra, and mantra, to help you clear blockages, awaken presence and restore balance.

Melissa draws on the chakra system as a guide and follows an intuitive flow, ensuring responsiveness to the energy of the room and what is most needed each day.

Whether you’re new to Chakra Yoga or returning to your mat, you’ll be guided with warmth, experience and care.

Melissa brings 22years of experience across wellbeing including various specialties in yoga, counselling, coaching and movement therapies.

Her passion is helping others reconnect with their natural rhythm and wellbeing, and come home to their hearts.

From opening a wellbeing centre and facilitating luxury retreats, to co-creating and leading a Steiner school, Melissa’s approach is grounded, inclusive and supportive. With her background in injury rehabilitation and diverse training, you’ll be offered variations, guidance and encouragement to honour your body - so you can feel safe, supported and empowered in your practice.
