Combining chakra-specific postures, breathwork, mudra, and mantra to shift blocked energy, cultivate deep presence, and activate your heart, Melissa draws on the chakra systems as a guide, and follows an intuitive flow, responding to the energy of the room and what is most needed each day.

You’ll be offered variations, guidance and encouragement to honour your body, so you can feel safe, supported and empowered in your practice.
