A supportive and expansive yoga practice to arrive in, unlock and nourish the body - assisting you to nurture and let go, to cultivate joy, hope and optimism, and feel balanced in strength, softness with a sense of deep connection and inner peace. Designed to release tension, reconnect you with your breath, and support deep emotional and physical alignment.

Drop into inner stillness and explore what your soul is longing to experience and express. Gentle prompts will help you access clarity and self-connection and create visual representations for unlocking healing and creating the new.Healing Breathing Practices

Detached Retina
History of strokes or seizures
Aneurysm or family history of aneurysm
Blood thinning medication
Pregnancy or possible pregnancy
Asthma
Mental Contraindications
Substance dependence & addiction
Bipolar disorder
Schizophrenia
Psychosis
Hospitalisation for emotional crises in the last 10 years (Participant must get therapist’s approval to participate).
Psychological conditions and diagnoses, which preclude safe emotional release.
