Melissa’s passion is helping others reconnect with their natural rhythm and wellbeing, and come home to their hearts.
With over two decades in the wellness space, her sessions blend modalities including Vinyasa, Chakra, and Restorative Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, and Self-Inquiry, Pilates and functional movement, and tools from Coaching and NLP.
From opening a thriving wellbeing centre and leading luxury retreats, to co-founding a Steiner school, Melissa brings a grounded, inclusive presence to every group she guides. Her background in injury rehabilitation ensures safe, supported movement with variations and encouragement for all bodies and abilities - so every participant feels empowered to meet themselves with care.
