Join Melissa for a powerful, 2-hour practice combining chakra-specific yoga postures, breathwork, mudra, and mantra, to help you clear blockages, awaken presence and restore balance.
Whether you’re new to Chakra Yoga or returning to your mat, you’ll be guided with warmth, experience and care.
Journey through the 7 major energy centres - from Root to Crown, with a guided Chakra Inquiry Meditation and a Chakra Vinyasa Yoga Flow - combining specific yoga postures, breathwork, mudra, and mantra to:
ground and develop deep presence,
shift and clear stuckness and blocks,
activate personal power and strength and balance,
open to courage and forgiveness,
listen and express authentically,
gain clarity, focus and vision,
awaken to your true wisdom and a pathway of inspiration and joy.
You’ll be offered variations, guidance and encouragement to honour your body, so you can feel safe, supported and empowered in your practice.

Melissa’s passion is helping others to reconnect with their natural rhythm and wellbeing, and come home to their hearts.
Drawing on 22years of wellbeing experience, Yoga classes are a fusion of modalities, weaving elements of Vinyasa, Chakra and Restorative Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation, Pilates & Fitness foundations, Life Coaching, NLP and Self-Inquiry practice.
From opening a wellbeing centre and facilitating luxury retreats, to co-creating and leading a Steiner school, Melissa’s approach is grounded, inclusive and supportive. With her background in injury rehabilitation and diverse training, you’ll be offered variations, guidance and encouragement to honour your body - so you can feel safe, supported and empowered to enjoy your practice.
