Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy or medical treatment. By booking a session, you confirm that you are emotionally and psychologically stable enough to engage in a coaching process. If you have a diagnosed mental health condition, please share this with Melissa in your intake form so that she can ensure coaching is appropriate and supportive for you. In some cases, referrals to other forms of support may be recommended if Leadership Coaching is not the right fit.
