A gentle, heart-centred movement and sound experience guided by breath, presence, and ancient resonance.
Journey of the Heart is an invitation to soften, open, and return to what truly nourishes you. Rooted in the rhythms of nature and the body’s innate wisdom, this experience creates space to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect - with yourself, your breath, and the quiet intelligence of the heart.
We begin with a slow, nourishing movement practice designed to unwind tension, invite ease, and cultivate a sense of inner safety and warmth. Gentle postures and mindful breathing support nervous system regulation, encourage spaciousness through the body, and prepare you to receive sound with greater sensitivity and openness.
From this settled, receptive place, you’ll be guided into an extended didgeridoo sound journey. The deep, rhythmic tones of this ancient instrument carry a profoundly grounding and connective quality, moving through the body and inviting a state of deep listening. The sound meets you exactly where you are - supporting release, clarity, and a felt sense of connection, both inwardly and beyond the self.
Rather than directing the mind, the experience allows the body, breath, and heart to respond naturally. For some, this may feel deeply restorative and soothing; for others, quietly uplifting or illuminating. Each journey unfolds in its own way.
This experience supports:
grounding and nervous system regulation
release of held tension and emotional weight
embodied presence and heart connection
rest, renewal, and gentle expansion
Suitable for all bodies and levels of experience. No prior yoga or sound immersion experience is required.
Places are intentionally limited to honour the intimacy, care, and depth of the space.
We are honoured to hold this journey with you.
