ELEVATE invites participants into a balanced blend of deep learning and authentic connection. Over three fortnights, you’ll engage in six transformative days - two intensive in-person workshops every two weeks, each shaped by evidence-based practices and collaborative learning. Between these immersive sessions, you’ll join two group virtual coaching circles, where open reflection encourages deeper insight and accountability.

Melissa Thomson is a leadership coach, wellbeing expert and former school founder, with 20+years experience developing leaders in education, government and corporate settings. She’s contributed to women in leadership programs for Crown Leadership International, and brings a grounded, transformational approach to leadership development.
