CACAO
Ceremonial Organic Cacao is used in ancient rituals. This heart-opening drink enhances self-awareness, facilitates inner connection, and promotes emotional healing.
YOGA
Yoga is a nourishing way to honour, unite and align you with your heart wisdom, to support deep rest and surrender of tension in body and mind, and to unlock the aspects of your soul that want to be expressed.
What does heart alignment look and feel like in your life?
Blending various modalities of yoga, bodywork, and transformational coaching, the sessions incorporate postures, movements, breath and deep self-inquiry to support you to cultivate presence, connection, and the alignment of your body, mind and heart.
Movement will cater to all participants and is designed to flow with the energetic weaving of the day - supporting you to release blocked energy, emotions, and to cultivate curiosity, inner freedom and your most authentic expression so that your writing experience can be potent and free.

BREATHWORK
Breathwork is a powerful somatic healing practice that uses intentional breathing to release emotional blocks, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect you to your inner truth. By shifting your breath, you shift your state - moving out of fear, tension, and stagnancy, and into clarity, presence, and aliveness.
In this 60-minute guided journey, you’ll be safely supported through a conscious breathing technique that quiets the mind and activates the body’s innate wisdom. Together, we’ll move beyond the stories and limitations that keep you stuck, and awaken your heart’s desires for a more authentic, creative, and connected life.
This experience is for anyone craving a reset - from first-timers to seasoned breathers. No experience needed - just a willingness to show up, breathe, and come home to yourself.
